CERTAINLY NO QUICK DRAW KNIFE,NOT MINE ANYWAY,BUT COULD LOOSEN UP YET. WITH THAT BIT OUT OF THE WAY THOUGH, THIS KNIFE IS AWESOME,..LOVE THE MOTIF CUTOUT ON BLADE[THE 'm']VERY COOL. THE SCALES ARE VERY NICE INDEED,NOT SUPER GRIPPY ,BUT ENOUGH. TOOK THE CLIP STRAIGHT OFF AND HANDLE FITS VERY SNUG. NOW THE BLADE, LIKE I SAID ,SUPER SHARP,,THIS WILL CUT WITH'NO'EFFORT. LOVE BLADE SHAPE AND NICE SIZE,BEVEL GROUND PERFECTLY AND BLADE SITS BANG ON CENTRE WITH NO PLAY..WOW!! FOR ALL THE ABOVE FOR THE ASKING PRICE?? EVER LIKELY THEIR ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK, THINK ILL TRY A DAMASCUS NEXT TIME. I just received the quince wood Damascus clad VG10 version of the tactility.Rating
All I can say is it is simply exquisite, the blade is shave sharp out of the box, and slices through paper like a scalpel. The Damascus sides are beautiful. It makes my San Mai Hatamoto look like a chisel...
And to top it all, the same fabulous service from Heinnie, including arranging the price and sale of a knife not on the website in under 10 minutes on the phone. (Posted on 16 June 2014)
