I ordered this knife as I wanted something functional and traditional, but also with a bit of style.Rating
The knife feels very solid and well made with a surprisingly weighty tip to the blade which makes it ideal for small chopping jobs. Balance point is just in front of the tang.
It's nice and sharp straight out of the box which is another tick in the box.
Sheath is made of 3mm whole hide leather. Very heavy duty - stitched and glued. I can see the sheath lasting for many years to come. (Posted on 10 November 2010)

This knife is very similar to the "Puma" White Hunter. The 2 most significant differences that I can see are that this comes shaving sharp (My "Puma" holds a good edge but needed a lot of sharpening before it could be used) and the price tag. (Posted on 23 May 2008)Rating
